Default DC pup dying? or rot?

i have a DC about 1 foot tall with 4 small pups, one has brown and soft tips at the end of the leaves. the pups are about 1 to 2 inches tall. is it dying or is it a rot issue?

Eh...doesn't look like a significant issue to me. Probably got dryed out or was overwatered at some point. Pretty sure it'll be just fine (and the parent plant is probably not at risk). As far as watering goes, let the soil get dry (below the surface too) before watering each time.
