Potted Ice Cream banana question
I have a 2 year old potted Ice cream who got burn by freezing we had in November. I live in Northern Cali and now we have a very nice weather, around 65* during the day and 40* at night. I cut the dead leaves and 2-3 in from the top. I can see that there is green in the middle so it's still alive :-) I was hoping that it will fruit this year.
I was wondering if I can cut about a foot from the top so I can reduce the size. It is safe? Would this reduce the size of the banana? Thank you |

So, removing the top will reduce the chances to fruit this year, correct? |
