Have you looked for spider mites? If no mites, then they are possibly staying just a little tiny bit too dry. Those leaves with yellow edgeswill eventually die, no matter what you do now. As they do brown up completely, cut them off. If they have spider mites, trim off all the brown parts and doctor them up. I feel it's probably most of all a reaction to cool temps/lack of light this time of year. I hate to let anyone see ones in my greenhouse this time of the year! It sure looks like a waste of LP gas. but in about a month they willl start perking up as the days get longer. They always lose a few leaves and usually carry only 3-4 this time of the year. PH doesn't look like an issue. PH will make the new growing leaves look lime green and thin in testure like a margarita. The reason your pup isn't growing is because the rest of the plant isn't growing.
