![]() I started the raised beds with some good soil I mixed up including wood humus from rotten stuff around the yard and some char dirt from the old burn pile. I harvested the potatoes yesterday and replanted with pumpkins, but not before adding 5 gallons of biochar, potash, gypsum sand from rotten wallboard I put in the blender, some of that worm dirt from the side of the road, and a little eggshell sand.
So I guess while I was planting the pumpkins yesterday, some change must have fallen out of my pocket, because look what I found this morning when I went to water it! This stuff is amazing!
