Default Too late to fertilize?

Do banana plants have all the energy/nutrition stored in the Pstem when the flag leaf emerges or will they still uptake fertilizer as the rack matures?

Brad,

I stop adding any fertilizer once the Nana enters the flowering stage!.....Then I only add Potash to help with the fill-in process of the fruit!.....

Hopefully it helps!.....

I concur with Hector, at the point you see a flag, back off, and keep watered. Potash really helps your bananas get full.
Hope to see pics of your nanners emerging soon!
