![]() "More precious than gold, the man made soil of the Arans yield life giving food in return for pampered care. An Irishman farmer lavishes fertilizer on a field, mixing seaweed and sand with small bits of clay scraped from rock clefts, generations of islanders have created virtually all the Arable land that now covers the Arans stone flagging, Irish potatoes remain the staple crop."
Yeah it just shows what is possible, And all we have to do is a little digging and a little mixing, no more complaining!
