Default Banana Butter

O.K., its really banana margarine. I used equal volume "Land Lakes" margarine (comes in tub) with a fresh banana -- about a cup each. Thirty seconds in the cuisinart food processor, then back into a butter cup and it looks innocent enough. Can't wait until my wife mistakes it for the garlic butter in the other butter cup.

Well, it tastes awesome. Try it on homemade bread.

That sounds interesting.... I might try it with one stick of real butter (sorry folk, magarine, ick) and one banana and see how it is.
