Re: Your opinion on the best tasting banana
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 tbsp triple sec 1 banana 1 1/2 oz lime juice 1 tsp sugar 1 cherry Combine all ingredients (except for the cherry) with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm. Pour contents into a champagne flute, top with the cherry, and serve. I'm not sure as I'm a Beer drinker, but that sounds like a Banana Daiquiri to me Last edited by MediaHound : 01-31-2008 at 08:26 PM. |

Re: banana, lime juice, and rum in a stem glass
I split this post of yours Buzzwinder from the thread here:
Your opinion on the best tasting banana I figured it needed a thread of its own! Cheers

Thanks Bill!
I've always wanted to try a banana daiquiri . They get a lot of mention on the M*A*S*H series . Anyone remember that ? |

Re: banana, lime juice, and rum in a stem glass
Hmmm...all I'm missing is the lime juice. Sounds like a trip to the store is in order tomorrow!
