Banana Stuffed Quail
First you find a Wonderful 14 oz quail or 19 oz live do the deed
then you have your whole Quail ready with legs pointed twards you Stuff with Plantain UPP Youl know where cook 400 for 1 hr when your done Eat this is goood I mean really good . |
