Default flattened banana

Not exactly a recipe, but I've been enjoying flattened bananas from Trader Joe's. The only ingredient is bananas. It is flat and dried, sort of like jerky, but softer. It is unbelievably sweet. It is imported from Thailand, and given the prevalence of Namwah bananas there and their sweetness, I'd guess that's what it is made from. Costs just over $1 for a 4 ounce package.
