green fruit
I had a large lady finger fall over - and had to pick the bunch about 2 months before they would normally be ripe
I am worried the bunch won't ripen - so what can I do with green, unrip lady finger bananas? Any ideas on if hte can be used in cooking???

Re: green fruit
no idea what to do with the bunch so I hung it under my pergola
picked half a dozen ripe lady fingers this am - the fruit was about 4cm long - - the bunch I got off the tree was more than two months early and it looks as though the whole bunch will end up ripening - and I get a lot of tiny fruit
