Default Mock Ice Cream

I saw something like this on the Rachel Ray Show. This is a tasty recipe that uses the banana as the base (sorta like vanilla ice cream).

Vanilla Mock Ice Cream
2 bananas (Sliced, frozen)
1/4-1/2 cup of milk
1 tbsp agave nectar

Puree the frozen banana slices with the milk and sweetener. Than freeze until it's consistent like a soft served ice cream.

Servings: 4-6

Tropical Breeze Mock Ice Cream
optional
1/2 frozen cherrys (chopped)
8 oz pineapple (chilled, chopped, drained)
2 tbsp's coconut (unsweeten)
1 tbsp mixed nuts topping

Add optional ingredients to base and mix before freezing. Freeze until it's consistent like a soft served ice cream.

Enjoy,

Kat
