![]() Not really a recipe, but I was wondering when to eat a fresh banana labeled 'thai'. It looks like a manzano (short, squat). Do you need to let it go to black, or what?
I have googled it but not really found what a thai naner is likely to be, and thus, tips on ripening, or if it is even just a cooking banana?? |
