Re: Bougainvillea picture.
What a beauty John! I have seen small bougainvilleas as bonsai, but that has to be the champion.

Re: Bougainvillea picture.
A bougainvillea BONSAI no less! Very beautiful...not the best bonsai I've seen, but definitely very pleasant to look at nonetheless!

Re: Bougainvillea picture.
John that is gorgeous! How old is it?
Here are a couple pictures of the new growth on two of my variegated bougainvillea Raspberry Ice. Both have an albino branch which I think is very cool. They are young, I've had them for two years, and the albino branches continue to grow and survive, I think because they are attached to the main stem. ~JaNan

Re: Bougainvillea picture.
Very nice, Jan. As for the picture I posted, it was just something I snapped, at the show. I have no idea what variety it is, how old it is, or even who's it was. Sorry!

Re: Bougainvillea picture.
Nice bougainvilleas! Mine lost a lot of its leaves when it went inside for the winter, but it has lots of new growth now. I think it will really take off this summer. They are really nice vines.
