Fresh Zucchini...
One of the Zucchini I harvested for dinner last night. So YUMMY, for those of you that have not tasted fresh veggies from your own garden you are missing out and have no idea what a difference it is!
Only thing is its been a pain because I have had to hand pollinate all my squash this year! I need to get my own bee hives pronto!!!

Re: Fresh Zucchini...
There's a pathenocarpic one called perfect pick from Jung seeds that doesn't require pollenation. I grew it this year and I'd highly recommend it. Then you wouldn't have to do a thing!

Re: Fresh Zucchini...
Mmmmm I love zucchini. I actually had a dream about fried zuccini the other night. My favorite zucchini dish HAS to be calabacitas. Darn it, now I'm hungry. >_<
