Last one looks like Salvia Splendens. I think it is from Brazil.

number 1 looks like a wild onion more related to garlic than an onion. good for seasoning if you lost in the woods.

Pick 1 may be Allium sphaerocephalon, 2 is also an Allium, at first I thought 3 was Amorphophallus konjac but I'm not sure, do you have photos of the stems?

Yep Jenny, I agree with everyone else that 1,2 and 4 are alliums, 5 is a salvia but on idea on 3 sorry!
