Fun! I've thought about getting some ginger. Maybe when I have real grow space and not just pots on my patio.

Great photos! Ordered three types of ginger from Stokes Tropicals. They should be here this week. Really looking forward to getting them in the ground, though I'm sure there won't be much development this year. I am amazed at the variety of cultivars available now.

hi you have a lovely ginger collection,i only have a few hedychiums,i lost quite a few in the uk winter,but starting to make my collection up again,may i ask about the curcuma gingers,are they hard to grow,reason why i ask,because of the uk cold climate,i have a greenhouse i suppose i could grow them in there?any tips or advice would be most welcomebest wishes jazz
