I just thought i would tell anyone who is interested i will be posting for auction CAT-TAILS (banana bucks only) soon w/pics! I would like to know what the tech name is for them? They just grow in the water filled ditches here in Illinois!

Typha latifolia.

They grow in the ditches everywhere!

However, it is a particularly useful plant.

yeah that plant looks like a weed from swamped areas around here

well not weed cause its edible but yeah it takes over areas quick
