John_ny,

Take the mature fruit, stand on end with big end down, then take knife and start slicing lengthwise from top to bottom and around. Pull apart, seed should come out because you will slide knife along flat seed side when slicing.

Take halfs, lay peel side down, slice pulp across a few times, then lengthwise a few times. you should have a cube pattern.

Take halves, grab ends with thumbs while holding in your hands, then turn inside out using fingers. Now you can just slice cubes off into blender. Blend to juice unless you want to squeeze in a press, or juicer, for making mango juice or cider from juice.

An easier way is to go online or to Walmart, buy a mango slicer. It does it like a pineapple peeler does a pine apple. Pretty nifty!

I hope this is clear!

Thank you much. That is what I've been doing to get the flesh , but I went to Costco and found a "mango cocktail". It tastes OK, but it is only 20% juice. With the price of mangos in the local supermarkets, I guess I'll have to stick to the "nectar". Thank you.

Ha ha! I have a feeling you wanted to know where to buy mango juice. Well, good luck! You might be able to order it, but the cost will be high,

Mangoes take time to grow, but a lot of mango groves in SW Florida.

Walmart sells Ceres 100% and Santa Cruz 100% Organic Juice. You can also check with one of the organic food stores.
