Default mimosa tree blooming again

]My mimosa tree I started from a seed is 8 years old now. It has lots of blooms this year. check them out on facebook. Just look for Northern Tropics Greenhouse, Muncie, IN.

Looks great! i just had my first mimosa flower open up last week,though it was a much smaller, rounder flower than yours. Maybe a different variety who knows.

you are more than welcome to any of the mimosa trees that I have that i have yet not managed to kill. They grow like weeds and do not seem to want to die.

You might find this interesting. Back in the sixties, Mimosa trees covered the Southeast in the wild, then in seventies a virus rapidly spread and they were all gone. In the last ten years they are coming back.

Mimosa is one of those love or hate type trees. The tree and the flowers are really nice. The flowers though fall and stick like glue.

I think they are beautiful but just don't park your car under one.
