Question Need Other Plant ID

I have a very nice plant that is a small shrub-like plant with yellow tubular flowers. They look a bit like honeysuckle, but it's definitely not a vine. It's growing amidst a yellow lantana and a rose. I didn't plant it (as far as my elderly brain can remember), so it may be a bird planting. I like it; just want to know what it is. Thanks!

Looks like 4 o'clocks to me. Do the flowers open in the late afternoon, and are they fragrant?

That's it. I knew they looked a bit familiar. I had some white ones in a patio box 3 feet away last year! That explains it. Thanks guys, appreciate it!
