It looks like a Pseudophoenix, but I can't see enough, it might be a "Christmas Palm".
I can see now it is not Pseudophoenix sargenti, most likely it is a Christmas Palm. (That is what we call them here, because of the red fruit around Christmas.  Last edited by Caloosamusa : 11-14-2010 at 04:35 PM. Reason: add |

That are various Archontophoenix, Kings and Bangalows palms IMO. Seeds are too small for Adonidia.
