Phoenix reclinata,hybrid most likely.

The clumping fan palms and seeds you posted are Chamaerops humilis.

The seeds are unidentifyable in that condition and lack of maturity but the tall palms are either huge Butia capitata or X Butyagrus nabonnandii. It the leafs are huge,I would be more inclined to think it's the hybrid.

I would say it's a hybrid. Butias tend to make almost 90 degree bending of the frond. These are much more straight than they should be. But I don't know if weather and climate has some influence.

Here's a capitata from the web:

First one Phoenix sp.,probably P. canariensis.
I will need more detailed trunk, leaf and seed photos for the second one. Certainly not Parajubaea though as none is plumose like this one. The leaflets are in one plane.
Maybe Attalea or Raphia but these are quote uncommon, especially at this size! Attalea take too many years to form a trunk like that and Raphia are pretty cold sensitive. Hmmm,Arenga pinnata maybe?

1. Ravenea rivularis probably
2. Not enough of the palm to tell with certainty but the main subject seems to be an Arenga pinnata trunk
3. Livistona sp. probably
4. Caryota sp.,possibly C. mitis
5. Double Howea fosteriana on the left,Dypsis lutescens clump on right
6. Caryota sp.,probably C. gigas or C. obtusa
7. Sabal sp.
8. Caryota sp. probably the same as the leaf shown before. Is it setting seed? At what height?
