Oh man don't tempt me! ...any varieties you would recommend for fruiting in a container? You seem to be the resident passiflora expert! Share any links if you have them.
Thanks!

Passionfruit

For fruit and ease of growing I'd pick Edulis Eduils or Incarnata. Both very easy from seed.

I'm no expert but I'm learning a thing or two

Good idea, we have many around here but luckily no fire ants. At our last place they were thick and hard to control because of the vegetation.
Got our first banana sedling the other day and it now has a full leaf and doing good.

Wow, Tony. That rooted cutting is amazing. I thought I was really doing well when I bought a passionfruit (the common type with the pink and purple flower) in a supermarket, and planted the seed, and had ripe fruit in 10 months.

10 months from seed is doing well.

This is a very aggressive variety of passion vine so it roots easy. The weather here has been just right for sprouting seed and rooting cuttings.

When making cuttings, is there a method to madness? Do I cut at a leaf node toward the end of the vine or do I make the cut farther down the old wood?
