Pomegranate bonsai: how to care for it?
Got it from my mother in law. The soil seems to dry out pretty quickly, since it's a small pot. Do I need to keep it moist at all time? Let it dry out completely between waterings? I have no experience with bonsai. Right now I'm just trying to keep it healthy, and worry about shaping it later. Thanks,

Depends, do you want to keep it a bonsai?

Re: Pomegranate bonsai: how to care for it?
Well, I want to keep it in that same pot for a while, so I guess the answer is yes. I don't want to repot it to a larger, "normal sized" container.

You may need to root prune it. Some others with more experience may chime in.
