Possible sensative plant problem
I bought a small plant a week ago from a great greenhouse that always takes great care of there stuff. It has put out several branches, but within the past few days leaves are turning yellow and falling off, some whole branches. Its a house plant so its not like it needs to be outside on the porch. Would the leaves turning pure yellow be just from too much water? I know if it was yellow and crispy that would be too dry. The soil is pretty sponge type and hard to tell if its to dry or not. Maybe I should let it really dry out between waterings?

Re: Possible sensative plant problem
Sensitive plants are "sensitive". They like warm conditions, bright light, and if you water with a miracle grow type fertilizer make sure you water them enough so that at least 10-15% of the water you give them leaches all the way through the pot. In other words, soak them really really good, so that there's lots of runoff so that the fertilizer doesn't build up in the soil. Let them go dry between waterings. They really don't like being in the house all that much either. They like a lot of light and humidity.

Re: Possible sensative plant problem
Thanks for the info, greenhouse said if they are watered once to much or not enough they decline in health really quick and might die off. Also said that they have a short life span. Its been on my porch since the post so maybe it will come around.
