Wow, your Jigsaw is really coming along Janan! Looks like mine. That is one nice plant. I had the bulb a little too close though but as soon as I backed it off, it started to grow like crazy. Can't wait for the fruits.

today's hot pepper chore: make hot sauce, because the weather was warm enough to open some doors for ventilation....
first picture, chocolate bhut jolokia tabasco type sauce. This is chocolate bhut jolokias, vinegar and salt, blendered up together and strained. second picture, these are other ones I did today. Varietal batches of green bhut jolokia, yellow scotch bonnet, trinidad scorpion, and aji limon. And a mixed batch with all of those plus fatalii habanero. I'm actually scared to try the bhut jolokia sauce straight because I have tried the peppers straight. I guess chili will have to be on the menu tomorrow so I can try it...

Sherry you know I love the JigSaw because of the purple and variegation. I think it is my favorite pepper plant! Here's mine this morning:  And the Purple super hot is really getting loaded. I normally throw these pepper plants away when they get spindly, but I was waiting for the peppers to ripen on this one. Now I wonder if I should have tossed the other ones?  ~J

I'm growing long thin Cayenne, Cubanelle, Serrano chili and Poblano peppers this year. I started them in a tray and I still want to get Habanero and Jalapeno too and a few more.
