Cold Three Days Of Christmas!

On the 3rd day of Christmas-i noticed my Pineapple plant has got a small growth next to it like its a totally new plant or something (I shall try too get a pic of it but its awfully small)! Also one of my buddys told me when you try too root something you should add a lil' sugar too the water-so i did with my two Pineapples-has anyone heard of this? Also does cinnamon prevent rot?

Both good ideas, actually. Cinnamon is a mild fungicide, which will prevent damping-off, and a bit of sugar in the water will give the plant a bit of a boost for putting out roots.

Looking at the pics you have a new slip growing. Later it can be removed and potted.
