Is that the result of growing conditions or the tissue culture? The leaves look very thin and much more thorny than mine.

I may not have been clear in my question. Is it the growing conditions that caused the pineapple to be so small or is it normally that small when grown outdoors in full light? (I am talking about the mother plant.)
