Hiya *Update* on my sugar cane plants!

Now a while back I started a thread b/c I was a bit worried about my sugar cane plants. Some of them didn’t look too good at the time. I was told they’d be fine so I was relieved! So I went ahead and planted them in the ground. It’s been a while now since then. So, I thought I’d like to show you how they’ve all come along!

However, I would have liked them to be taller by now. How long does it take to grow these up real tall? Plus they do tend to lean. I keep fixing them but they just lean again. Other than that I’m pretty happy! Thanks for looking!

They're a tropical/subtropical plant, so I suspect in your area it will take a while.

By the way I forgot to mention something before! Several times now I’ve found regular grass & some weeds that look like corn growing alongside the cane.

That's Johnson grass. You frequently see it growing in open areas, along with pokeweed.
