I thought it would be fun to post limericks about banans or whatever else. I thought that there was one already started, but I can't find it.
Here's mine to start things off: I want to grow a banana all year long in North luzianna But the temps drop down freeze em' back to the ground still, it's warmer here than Montana Last edited by Lagniappe : 06-16-2009 at 12:51 AM. |

Re: Limerick thread
Hey, where did the limerick go? I was going to use it as inspiration and try myself!

Re: Limerick thread
Have you seen the pic of me in the Post A Pic thread? I can't put weight on even when I try really hard - even on an exclusive banana diet. Oritos are tasty, though. They're my table banana of choice. Orito Chico are exactly two bites big, and standard Oritos are closer to four bites.
Besides, I'm from Loja if you get down to brass tacks - it's in the accent of my spoken Spanish. Nobody here would mistake me for Quito-raised. Bob - you're lurking! Where's your limerick?!?! |

Re: Limerick thread
Actually I was away from the computer and left it on here. I had one that started there once was a woman from Ecuador but deleted it.
I couldn't get over "eat-o" and was going to suggest someone needs more "sleep -o"...... my deleted limerick had a kobayashi reference that could have been taken out of context so it's history. I'll have one later. Cheers-o |
