Rare & protected white deer
I posted this in deer hunter thread but I know lots of people won't go there, so, to any animal lovers, take a look at these beautiful albino deer! Oh, what I would give to see just one!

Re: Rare & protected white deer
Thanks Patty, I've only seen one my whole life that was enitrely white. It was 2 miles from my house. There's a fair amount of half white ones known as piebald that are occaisionally seen here too.

Re: Rare & protected white deer
They look so pretty & blend in w/ the snow, but as the guy said, they stand out like a sore thumb in summer LOL.

Re: Rare & protected white deer
Wow, that's incredibly interesting! Thanks for sharing Patty! I've never heard of such a thing. I know there was a white bison born when I was a child, but that was such a rarity. It is intriguing that so many white deer are found in one location!

Re: Rare & protected white deer
That buck peeking up with white antlers. Hey Bob, how did he get white antlers? Soooo cool. Is it because he is just growing them --like they are still furry?
