You know, a great way to reduce stress is to just stop reading material from political action committees, stop reading newspapers and magazines with known, serious biases one way or the other, and to definitely stop listening and watching commercial TV and radio. Did you know? The primary business function of commercial news programs are to create stress in the audience so they find relief in the commercials! I'm not making this up, it's straight out of the textbooks for upper-division radio/TV majors in college.
